Outdoor Happiness focuses on places where families can run, jump and play.

Our founders, O.D. and Ruth McKee, shared a love of the outdoors and a belief in giving back to the community and their legacy lives on generations later with OH! – the Outdoor Happiness movement. 

Most of our efforts over the years were concentrated in the states where most of our employees live. In 2012, our owners searched for a way to broaden that scope and thus, OH! – the Outdoor Happiness movement was born soon after. 

Outdoor Happiness focuses on places where families can run, jump and play. Since 2014, OH! has donated funds to help build or restore playgrounds, pavilions, outdoor fitness centers and contributed to large rails to trails programs.

Our original goal for OH! was to provide funding for 50 projects in all 50 states, over a five-year period. We wrapped up that original goal

and have committed to continuing this mission on for another five-year period.
